Isn’t self-love selfish and narcissistic? How do we love ourselves? Why do I feel lonely in the middle of a crowded room? Katy will help answer all these questions and guide you through a workshop where you will begin to understand the barriers we all build up against love, how we are conditioned away from unconditional love and how to truly experience love for ourselves from the inside out. It’s not enough to simply treat yourself as you would treat a good friend, though that’s a good place to start.

Katy is pioneering psychological research on self-love and has created the construct of Whole Self-Love, a deep knowing of self and a whole love for ourselves. She is currently studying the science of Whole Self-Love and the implications it can have on our health, wellness, relationships and the way we view ourselves and others..
